That Grisly Cartoon Film Conclusion That Haunts Fans

Unicorn Wars starts out feeling a bit like one of the more quirky movies by an iconic filmmaker, that uncover a wicked pleasure in allowing cartoon characters curse, fire weapons, or engage sexually.
Then it turns into something more like a more grim film from the same artist, including ever more graphic violence , a palpable relation to the actual suffering of war.
Ultimately, it becomes a complete extreme drama bloodbath.
The horror which makes this a perfect Halloween viewing kicks in a lot earlier than indicated.
