This England centre-back has continued to impress for Palace despite a summer transfer to Anfield collapsing. With his contract set to run out in the close season, January is the club's final chance to obtain a fee for their skipper. A host of elite sides, such as Manchester City and multiple continental powerhouses including Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich, are believed to hold an interest. Yet, a winter departure remains difficult, especially given the manager's reliance on the player.

Brennan Johnson

The Welsh winger has found starting opportunities hard to come by at Tottenham this term. Although finishing as the club's top scorer last season, Johnson has started just a small number of league games. It is understood the London outfit is open to a transfer for the right valuation, thought to be in the around £40 million. The Cherries appear to be leading the chase, with Aston Villa, Brentford, and Crystal Palace also credited with an inquiry.

Rúben Neves

This Portugal playmaker could be poised for a comeback to the Premier League after a period in the Saudi Pro League. Additionally, there are suggestions from Spanish media that he is prepared to take a pay cut for a switch to the Spanish giants.

M. ter Stegen

The veteran German shot-stopper finds himself as the third option at Barça under new coach Hansi Flick. Having lost his place and had surgery, a winter exit looks highly likely. Aston Villa were once mentioned as a potential suitor, but that option currently seems unlikely. Instead, clubs from Saudi Arabia and Turkey are thought to be showing interest in the 33-year-old.
